Swami Vivekananda said once, "Never accept defeat", this is the secret of unlocking the door of our real self-image. Let us assert again and again that I am invincible. No power on earth can defeat me forever. I shall be able to throw off and trample all my weaknesses. Weakness is not my nature. Strength, power and victory, that is my real nature and I must realise it, if not today, tomorrow, if not tomorrow, day after, but realise I must.

Very good and eye opening post from PRASHANT P SINGH on another site
Pasting here just to save others for these multilevel marketing schemes

Dear Sir,
Recently I have found several of my friends start aggressively convincing me to join few Multi-Level Marketing (MLM) companies with claims of skyrocketing earning. What can be best explanation for their high-voltaged behavior is that they never try to listen to your arguments and hide reality through their highly exaggerated income claims. I don’t know what my readers may think but honestly speaking I have found facts presented by MLM agents holding low in veracity. For a week my mind is consistently buzzed with a so called company operating from Singapore and interestingly there was no a single day when I did not people with their claims of multimillion dollars’ earnings through binary chain.
After becoming much fed up with our befooled Indian friends, I scoffed MLM agents and personally met a general manager of RBI and questioned their role, when such groups of people are going to cheat us in future. I read through Protection of Interest of depositors Act 2005 to understand things lying behind their utopian claims and policy regime in India. A senior official from RBI, who later on became my friend, indicated me the lacuna in our legal set up. He told me since the company is not registered in India, and has no NOC from RBI, they cannot normally intervene. And set the ball rolling in the court of Economic Offences Wing of Delhi police. But he personally assured me of his best support. Meanwhile, I personally contacted Singapore Embassy and found that the so called company is misusing their certificate (issued by ACRA) that was annulled three times for non-compliance of transparency norms. Moreover, the company was blacklisted for last three years and survives with misleading names that are frequently changed. Thus, after searching for three days, I came to know that the so called company exists nowhere, save online mode. And still we people are crazy for investment in these companies. What is more interesting to know is that its income is not governed by FERA and FEMA regulations. Later on, I found making so called companies is the best way to cheat greedy people. Greed is our biggest motivation in this direction.
MLM marketing concept is another way to cheat one and all. Few know that MLM concept was banned one time in USA for this reason. The Week magazine claims that s many as 99.7% investors lose their money in MLM concept of marketing. It is the cheapest way to employ well-educated youth as they seem to have lost their mental faculty. I know a few scientists from IIT, who lost everything to pursue companies like Amway. I have research findings to point out that MLM strategies brainwash a healthy person and make him intellectually weak! But minting quick money through whatever available means drives our youth towards destruction. I know several people, who have made their productive age hellish and now run unemployed. Every year, more than four million Indians are rendered jobless by MLM companies and as many as half million of them leave their jobs, a study claims.
My friend from RBI telephonically asserted that in India, people can do everything on the name of religion and personal avarice. I wonder why it happens in India. In countries, like UAE, I found people more honest, patient, and law-abiding, and believe in lawful earning, while in India, almost everyone is blindfolded by greed. There are many people I usually encounter who keep on cursing our country, its leaders and for them, it is very difficult to believe that there might be honest people in India. On the contrary, I found such people most corrupt as they psychologically invent logics behind their corrupt actions and try to protect their malpractices as if they were quite legal in India. Our milkman openly claims nothing can be pure in India. Our greengrocer calls nothing in the market is unadulterated. Does they want to say that India not a livable country then? It is again corruption that inhabits deep in our psyche.
I think educated people must be liberated from such disastrous tendencies as pernicious feelings and actions make our country weak. And my generation finds it difficult to be optimist, though there are certain transformations sweeping across our country. With it, I suggest my readers to be rational and interlink things through conscientious logics. Only then, they would be able to serve my country and her people.

Thanks for reading,

Prashant P Singh
